We are NOT realtors but since 1989 we have been involved in the purchase of homes-in all shapes and sizes--in all conditions and price ranges. We see ourselves as "transaction engineers" looking for the FASTEST, EASIEST, "AS IS" SALE possible. So, don't figure on taking out the trash, vacuuming the house or mowing the lawn.
